Fitted kitchen, shower room and bedroom.The property has oil central heating and parking. Approximately 20 minutes from Penrith and 5 minutes from Southwaite services. From Carlisle proceed along Blackwell Road leading onto Durdar Road past Carlisle racecourse, continue along this road until you come to the Crown Inn and take the second turning on the right, continue for about 1/4 mile to a T junction and turn right, the property is on the left hand side.
