From Carlisle proceed along Blackwell Road leading onto Durdar Road past Carlisle racecourse, continue along this road until you come to the Crown Inn and take the second turning on the right, continue for about 1/4 mile to a T junction and turn right, the property is on the left hand side.

All properties are available for a minimum of six months, with the exception of short term accommodation. Pets may be allowed by express permission of the landlord, also some landlords prefer no children or smokers. A security deposit of at least one month’s rent is required. Rent is to be paid one month in advance. Payment of all utilities including water rates or metered supply and Council Tax is the responsibility of the tenant in every case.
