Situated on the popular Headlands development, this semi detached bungalow enjoys a lovely position in a small cul de sac. The accommodation is nicely appointed with access gained through the hallway where there is access to a two piece cloakroom WC and a further door taking you into the lounge where there is ample space for a dining table. There is a fitted kitchen with breakfast area alongside, inner hallway with built in storage and loft access and doors leading to the two double bedrooms that overlook the rear garden and a three piece shower room. The shower room has a rounded shape shower enclosure with an electric shower installed within and sliding doors. The WC has a concealed cistern and fitted storage alongside that incorporates a hand basin within the work surface. There is a tiled finish around the sanitary ware, a ceiling mounted extractor fan and opaque glazing to the window unit.

There is an enclosed garden to the front that is mainly laid to lawn with a pathway running to the front door and also to the side of the property where there is access into the garage and a gate leading to the patio garden at the rear.
