"PERFECTLY FORMED!

This beautifully presented three bedroom house is immaculate inside and out. Every small detail has been taken care of, so all the new owner has to do is move in! The property is conveniently located close to local amenities such as Tesco Superstore at Newtownbreda and Forestside Shopping Centre is just a short bus ride away. For those working in Belfast, there are bus stops close by with regular buses going in and out of the city centre. If you like to walk or have a dog then you'll be glad to hear that Belvoir Forest is just a short walk away.

On the ground floor there are two reception rooms. The lounge area has an electric fire with an attractive fireplace and hearth. The dining room makes a great place to entertain guests or may double up as a guest bedroom depending on what your requirements are.
