"Constructed c1990, this substantial detached family home is set on a elevated site at the top of a private, shared lane way, just off the Beechill Road. Due to its shape and construction it benefits from superb views out Black mountain to the side and Cavehill and Harland & Wolff to the rear. The excellent internal accommodation is only matched by the level of presentation and finish, thus making this one of the best properties on the market within the BT8 area. Although the property is tucked away of a private lane way, convenience is also the order of the day. Leading schools,Tesco Newtownbreda, Forestside Shopping Centre, the outer ring, Cairnshill Park & Ride are all only a short distance away.
