A pretty, rustic stone fronted character Cornish cottage with a large garden which nestles behind trees and shrubs in a popular part of the City of Truro. Three bedroom and two reception accommodation. Many character features including exposed stonework, beams, slate and timber floors and a wood burning stove. Perfectly located for the amenities of the City and only a short distance from The Royal Cornwall Hospital and Truro Golf Club.

There are an abundance of quirky rustic period features including exposed stonework both internally and externally and timber beams. In the popular Highertown area of Truro where a great deal of the city's amenities are based, the property is found down a short lane. The access to the lane is from the Main A390 so the property is actually very handy for the many businesses, services and employment opportunities close by as well as being well served by a regular bus service. The County Arms pub is a short walk away and there is a vet's surgery also very nearby. There is a choice of supermarkets with Sainsbury's and Aldi both at this end of the city. The Royal Cornwall Hospital and the adjacent industrial estate and retail park are not far in one direction and Cornwall Council offices are situated close by in the other direction. Truro Railway Station is also within walking distance.
