This large, modern three bedroom semi-detached home is located on the edge of the popular village of Illogan and is presented in very good decorative order. The property comprises; entrance porch, open plan living and dining room, fitted kitchen, breakfast room and integral garage with plumbing for utilities on the ground floor with three bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. Outside there is ample parking and gardens to the front and rear. Gas central heating.
