"A classic Cornish farmhouse in a small rural hamlet with gardens and optional 2.5 acre paddock. 1900 sq ft, 2 sitting rooms, dining/family room, kitchen/breakfast room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, extensive lawned gardens, parking. EPC Band E.

LOCATION The property is situated in a quiet rural hamlet only a short distance from the seaside village of Seaton. The nearby village of Widegates has a primary school and well equipped farmshop/cafe. The village of Hessenford has a popular riverside public house. Similar facilities are available at St Germans together with a mainline railway station (Plymouth to London Paddington approximately 3 hours). Golf is available close by at Portwrinkle and Looe Bin Down. This rural area is easily accessible via the A38 with the City of Plymouth having an abundance of shopping, education and recreational facilities together with a cross channel ferry port. Take the next turning left onto the no-through road and Lower Trenode Farm will be found along this road on the left hand side.
