The property has uPVC double glazing, radiators in all main rooms and remote control electric garage door.

27 Meadowside is located within the popular Meadowside area of Launceston. Although situated in a quiet location, the property  is only a short walking distance to both the town centre and local primary school. 

Launceston, midway between north and south coasts, enjoys a better balance of travel distance to all parts of the two counties than any other centre.  East of Launceston Exeter (some 42 miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link.  To the south of Launceston Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and intercity rail link.
