" The village enjoys fine surroundings, being nestled right on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with the coastline and promenade providing a lovely contrast. Llanfairfechan boasts a range of amenities for your everyday requirements and golf course with superb views towards the sea and Puffin Island. Whilst the property offers roomy accommodation with a sizeable lounge with space for dining and 2 double bedrooms, it does require a degree of modernising to bring it up to today's standards. There's the advantage of a roomy garage, off road parking and manageable gardens. Heating is provided by way of a combination of a gas fire, individual gas heaters and an Economy 7 storage heater to the hall. Benefiting from being predominantly uPVC double glazed, the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, Lounge, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and Shower Room.
