"O'Malley Property are proud to bring to the market this two bedroom end terraced home within the popular residential area of Tillicoultry.

The property comprises of; Entrance reception hallway, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom and second double bedroom.

The lounge has dual aspect windows offering views to both sides of the property. The kitchen is accessed via the lounge and has white high gloss shaker style wall and floor units with matte marble effect work tops with a white tile splash back. The kitchen window overlooks the rear garden and there is a door giving access from the kitchen to the rear garden.

On the upper landing is the family bathroom which comprises a modern three piece suite with jacuzzi bath, over bath electric shower and large glass shower screen.
