This is a lovely, well laid out family home which has a secluded feel of country life yet is within walking distance to Dollar. The original property was built around 200 to 250 years ago and was sympathetically renovated 16 years ago

All the windows are double glazed, sash and case with deep set sills. The floors are a mix of carpet and tiles.

Entry is via double storm doors that leads into a good size vestibule with tiled floors. A glazed door leads into the welcoming hallway which gives access to bedroom3, the dining room and the stairs to the upper level. There is a large under stairs cupboard that houses the Worcester boiler.

To the left is bedroom3 with windows to the front and rear of the property and a recessed bookcase. There is a good size en suite with a walk in shower cubicle, wc, wall hung basin and tiled floor to ceiling.

A conservatory sits to the front of the property adjoining the sitting room and is a lovely suntrap. This leads out into the front garden patio area.

A path leads to the side of the property where there is a double garage with a side door and two doors to the front. There is power and lighting and a garden tap inside. with ample parking to the front of it. There is a greenhouse to the side.
