52 Hill Street is a deceptively spacious detached family home offering flexible accommodation. The property has been extended and is ideal for a growing family. Some mild degree of modernisation is required but has been well maintained by the current owner over the years, (the past owner was a Master Builder). Over recent years the roof slaterwork, flashings, cast iron gutters and downpipes,all windows and the double glazing have been renewed and a new gas boiler fitted.
