With its solid stone construction faΓ§ade, this detached building dating back to the 1900-s, cuts a dramatic profile and is located in an ideal Alloa postcode within walking distance to all the major amenities.

The building only contains two apartments and no 18 sits on the upper level with its own main door accessed from the rear of the building.
