This is a traditional, rough cast, semi detached villa set within good sized garden grounds with extensive garaging. The property is centrally sited within close walking distance of Queens Park, Shawlands Shopping Centre and Crossmyloof Railway Station which has a direct line to Glasgow city centre.

The accommodation is finished in neutral d?+?cor and new fitted carpets throughout. There is an entrance vestibule/porch with an outer, double glazed storm door and inner double glazed entry door. There is a broad flight of stairs giving access to the upper accommodation which benefits from a side facing window allowing natural daylight into the property, in common with a ground level, front facing window within the lower hall. There is built-in understair storage.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a large lounge/dining room with a double glazed, bay window to the front with open aspects and a window to the rear of the dining room. The latter has views to the rear, private garden. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property.
