"Bright and well-presented, two-bedroom, end-terraced house in the village of Dalmeny, west of Edinburgh, and on the southern shore of the Firth of Forth. Set in a quiet, leafy location, close to South Queensferry and Dalmeny Station, the property has spacious front, side and rear gardens, with rear parking available. The accommodation is comprised of a vestibule, hall, living/dining room, kitchen, sun room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. Features include light and neutral décor, double glazing, gas central heating, and excellent storage provision, including a loft. The village of Dalmeny is to the south-east of South Queensferry, a popular commuting town for Edinburgh and Fife, lying close to major road links, and to Edinburgh Airport. Queensferry has three primary schools, Echline Primary, Queensferry Primary, and St. Margarets Primary, along with Queensferry High School. Numerous shops line the quaint main street, and there is a large choice of pubs, bistros and restaurants within the town, along with fine historic buildings. South Queensferry and Port Edgar marina offer many watersports, and there are superb coastal walks, and trails through the Dalmeny Estate. To the south of the town, there is a large Tesco store and several restaurants, with regular commuting train services from Dalmeny Station, along with frequent local bus services."
