"Wellington Park is a well regarded road, moments from the plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and amenities of Whiteladies Road. This house forms part of an elegant terrace of very early Victorian townhouses, of which this property displays some of the best external period features of the terrace. The house is bursting with charm and character as you would expect from this much loved building period and offers a comfortable and flexible layout over four floors. The house has recently undergone some renovation to both the externals and internals of the property and is presented in excellent order throughout. The stripped wooden floors, open fires, elegant cornice work and ceiling roses coupled with the sash windows create a calm and interesting house and the recently landscaped garden is a haven of tranquillity in the busy city centre.
The entrance floor provides a comfortable sitting room as well as a kitchen with ample space for breakfast table and chairs. The lower floor has the most flexibility and is currently used as a large home office/study/music room and occasional bedroom/family room as well as a utility room and wc. The upper two floors provide the four bedrooms and refurbished family bathroom. The kitchen/breakfast room opens on to the rear garden which has recently undergone extensive landscaping to maximise its space and low maintenance usability.

Being located at the top of Whiteladies Road also allows access to the 400 acres of open space on Durdham Downs used by many for recreational pursuits throughout the week. Whilteladies road is also a popular bus route to both the city centre and Cribbs Causeway (the South West's largest shopping centre).
