Situated centrally in Cotham the house is within reasonable walking distance of Whiteladies Road, City Centre, Bristol University, BBC and hospitals as well as several reputable state and independent schools. Cotham is a popular residential suburb with both apartments and substantial family houses. There are excellent rail and bus public transport links to the city centre.

From Whiteladies Road turn left into Redland Park and follow the road to the end. Turn right into Hampton Road and continue along for approximately quarter of a mile and where the road inclines and just before a roundabout take a left turn into Cotham Lawn Road.
