"This Grade II listed terraced townhouse in Clifton, built in the Georgian style with Greek Revival decoration, retains a wealth of original character and traditional features.

The accommodation is over four floors, measuring approx. 2,431 sq ft and the principal rooms are generous in proportion with a bright interior and high ceilings. The ground floor comprises of two reception rooms, offering a flexible arrangement. Currently, the front reception room is a home office study and the rear is a formal reception room. The lower ground floor includes a games room or dining room with patio doors opening onto the rear patio garden, and a kitchen breakfast room to the front. Beyond the kitchen is the utility room and front courtyard.
