"42 Ravenswood Road is a very well proportioned 8 bedroom family house arranged over three floors offering very versatile accommodation throughout. The house offers scope for some improvements yet retains many period features, most notably the fireplaces, ornate plasterwork and sash windows. The property is approached via a porch opening into the central hallway where three spacious high ceilinged reception rooms lead off and a door leading to a covered access area leading to the rear. A further door opens into the dining area that leads through to the kitchen and utility room. The upper two floors accommodate eight good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 3 allows secondary access onto the upper tier of the rear garden via a decked area. There is an established garden to the front and a southerly facing tiered garden to the rear with patio and barbeque area, the upper tier offering suitable space for family recreation. There is also the benefit of an off street parking to the front of the house.

Ravenswood Road is a well regarded road in the ever popular Redland district within walking distance of the city centre, university and hospital. It also offers level access to the many shops, bars and restaurants of both Chandos Road and Whiteladies Road. The area is popular with families as there are a good number of options for schooling with both state and independent, primary and secondary schooling in the area. Redland train station provides links to Bristol Temple Meads which offers high speed rail links to London Paddington.

From Whiteladies Road turn left into Redland Park and follow the road to the end. Turn right into Hampton Road and continue down the hill past the garage on the right hand side. As the road begins to rise the turning to Ravenswood Road can be found on the left hand side. Continue along the road for some way and the house will be found on the right hand side."
