"This family home, which retains plenty of character, is located on Morley Square in Bishopston. Being on this popular Square means that you have access to the shared private garden in the middle of the Square. This garden is only accessible to residents who live on the Square which means that as a resident, you have the advantage of all the additional outside space to enjoy. The house itself is over three floors and has been extended over time. The lounge at the front of the house retains a real feel of character thanks to the sash windows, the feature fireplace, cornice and ceiling rose. At the back of the house is another large reception room which is currently being used as a dining room. This has a feature fireplace and French doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen has integral appliances that include Neff oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. A useful utility room is off the back of the kitchen and this in turns leads to a WC and shower room. There is also a study on this floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The loft was converted in 2007 and this now has another bedroom with an en-suite plus a study / dressing room. Outside there is a very pretty garden. This measures approx 10m x 7m and is mainly lawned with a patio area, raised flower boarders and 2 patio areas. Being semi detached, the garden can also be accessed from a pedestrian side entrance which is really handy. Whilst the current owners have been in occupation, they have undertaken lots of work including replacing the windows at the front of the house with double glazed sash windows, upgrading the kitchen and converting the loft.
