"Located in the heart of Montpelier is this unique and impressive three bedroom maisonette with garden.

Set across the first and second floor of this converted Victorian house this property offers style, space and character in a sought after location.

A private entrance leads you into the property and a staircase takes you to the first floor and into the open plan kitchen/dining area. A wrap around kitchen has been fitted with modern grey wall and base units, contrasting light worktops and a Belfast sink. Added benefits include mood lighting and dual aspect windows which makes for a bright and spacious room. Leading off the kitchen there is a spacious living room including a cast iron fire with feature surrounding and large bay window offering an open outlook of the surrounding area. Completing this floor is a master bedroom with bay onto side aspect and cloakroom w/c between the stairs and the kitchen. A second staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are two additional bedrooms off a central hallway, each with stunning open views from the pitched dormer windows. Off the hallway there is also a nicely finished shower room complete with heated towel rail and basin with built under storage.
Externally this property benefits from a private garden with several seating areas where the views onto surrounding Montpelier and the distant inner city can be enjoyed from.

This fantastic property is in a quiet corner of town yet just 0.4 miles from the independent shops, restaurants and cafes of Picton Street, 0.7 miles to the Gloucester Road and 1 mile to Cabot Circus and the city centre.

Transport links are to hand with Montpelier train station 0.5 miles away and the M32/M4/M5 easily accessible and parking permits are available in this area.

Vendors Comments: Having lived in Montpelier for 22 years, there are many fond memories and many of the local haunts are still here - the St Werberghs climbing centre, cricket club and lazy summer days in St Andrews park. This home is very special located on the corner and has views from 3 sides. You?ll see as spring comes and you open the blinds to wonderful lush green backdrop and cherry blossoms. Parking - an issue for most but not for us. We have always parked just outside in the cul-de-sac that backs on to the home. These days we choose to spend our afternoons in the Farm pub, Mina Road for the butcher and coffee, and Napolinas for great food and chat. We?re close to all the local attractions, vibrant Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft, Eastgate shops and Cabot?s."
