"This is an excellent location and gives access into Bristol. There is also good access locally to both Hanham and St George. St Georges Park gives green space too and access to the river down Upper Conham Vale. The house is a period home in a small terrace of three. Up steps to the front garden there is a small space in front of the house. The front entrance hall is very welcoming with period tiles and architrave. The living space is an open sitting and dining room. There is a galley kitchen to the rear that leads to the downstairs bathroom. Up the stairs and off the landing there are two double bedrooms. The front double is a master with wood floors and an elevated view. The second floor was converted by a previous owner to raise the roof with a dormer and there are paddle steps up to a third bedroom with velux windows. The garden is a level decked area to the rear with space for relaxing and entertaining.
