"An outstanding detached family house of immense character, constructed in the late 1920s by Voke. The sizable accommodation is arranged as 4 generous bedrooms, dining room, 26ft sitting room, modern kitchen, downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom. Outside to the front the property is well set back from the road and approached via double gates which leads to plenty of parking and the garage. To the rear is a secluded, level lawned 80ft garden. The property has undergone a considerable amount of modernising such as a new heating system, wiring, kitchen and plastering, however would benefit from finishing off, making this an ideal project.
