"A fine and well presented semi-detached Victorian home located on Cranbrook Road in Redland. Built in 1891 this stunning example offers four bedrooms, original period features, off street parking, and an open plan kitchen/diner.
The property has a convenient central location with the local restaurants, cafes, and shops a 2 minute walk away on the popular Gloucester Road and Zetland Road.
Accommodation on the ground floor comprises; Main entrance and vestibule with period tiled floor, and original stained glass that surrounds a doorway that leads into the central hallway.
At the front of the property is the lead reception room with the bay and double glazed sash-style windows, a gas fire, period cornice, fitted shelves in the alcove and stripped wooden floorboards.
