"Set within the leafy suburb of Cotham lies this fabulously spacious Grade II Listed, one bedroom apartment. Occupying the lower ground floor of this Victorian semi-detached town house, this stunning flat provides generous ceiling height.
Once in the hallway, you are greeted with an abundance of quintessential period features. A dado rail runs the length of the space and an intricate ceiling rose and stylish cornicing entices your eye upwards. In fact it is the overall generosity of space within the hallway and rooms that really sets this property apart from other one bedroom apartments.
To the left of the hallway lies the master bedroom. Both light and airy, this room offers excellent views over both the private and communal gardens due to the large colonial style windows. Further along the hallway you'll find the Lounge/Diner. Exhibiting beautiful large double wooden frames windows with recessed sills, this room is flooded with light. A small, but effective electric fire, with wooden lintel above forms the room's focal point. Contemporary light wood-effect flooring complements the neutral d?cor of this fantastic space. Off the lounge is the kitchen, which has the option of being incorporated into the main living space, thanks to double white, wooden glazed doors. The kitchen has terracotta-style flooring alongside modern black surfaces contrasting with the white units above and below. A vented extractor sits above the electric cooker. There is also a double sink with mixer tap and space for washing machine and fridge freezer. The family bathroom offers black polished porcelain floor tiles and a three piece suite, comprising: bath with shower over, toilet and sink.

Situation
Cotham is a beautiful and quiet suburb bordering the hustle and bustle of Clifton. Here you'll find an abundance of local shops, Cotham church as well as Cotham Secondary School, given an outstanding Offsted rating in 2010. Outside
Opposite the property, just outside the front door, you'll find a fabulous storage area, belonging solely to the apartment, providing the perfect opportunity for conversion to a bike store or a multitude of other purposes. The space is split into two separate zones and is truly a real asset to the flat. The apartment benefits from both a smaller private garden area, as well as the larger communal garden."
