"Situated within 100 yards of Henleaze this substantial stone fronted semi detached house dating from the latter part of the19th century has been in the same ownership for many years and now needs modernisation and improvement. 5 Bedrooms and 4 Reception rooms (one currently converted into a garage).The rear garden is enclosed and laid mainly to lawn.

Description This is a classic Victorian/Edwardian style house with spacious five bedrooms, four reception rooms (one of which has been converted to a garage) and accommodation on two floors with half landings. This is the first time the house has been in the market for many years and whilst it has been regularly and routinely maintained by a well known contractor it is now somewhat tired. However it is habitable and could be restored into a delightful home either on a piecemeal or wholesale basis. The rear of the house faces south and the single storey rear extension faces west making it a stunning sun trap and creating excellent opportunities to take advantage of this feature.
