""We have spent many happy years at Dirac Road. We love having views over Ashley Down Green and beyond, especially in the morning sunlight and during the balloon fiesta. Locally there are some brilliant artisan bakeries, cafes and pubs such as Guild of Dough, St Werburghs City Farm caf and The Lazy Dog, plus all that Gloucester Road has to offer on our doorstep."

Dirac Road is based locally to the cricket ground and Ashley Down Road and is well positioned with easy access to Gloucester Road, Montpellier, as well as the city centre. Gloucester Road is one of the longest roads for independent shops, cafes & restaurants in the UK, including a diversity of options such as The Gallimaufry, Joe s Bakery and the highly regarded Fed 303. A short walk away is Montpellier which houses very popular places such as The Bristolian Cafe, considered one of the best brunch spots in Bristol, as well as Oowee Vegan and The Cadbury House.
