From our office turn right onto Long Lane following the round around taking the 2nd exit off Hilden Island. At the traffic lights turn left onto Birchwood Way (A574). Continue for approximately 3 mins and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit but staying on Birchwood Way (A574) then after approx 2 mins take the 1st exit onto Birchwood Park Avenue (A574), going through three roundabouts and at the next one take the 1st exit onto Warrington Road. Stay on this road as it will take you into Culcheth. Then at the mini roundabout go straight ahead going straight across the next mini roundabout. Follow the around into Glazebury then when you see the Old Victorian Coffee Shop turn right into Whalley Avenue and first left onto Queens Avenue. The property can then be found on your right hand side.
