This house has recently been meticulously refurbished throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are completely renewed. The bathroom has a tiled floor and walls all finished to a very high standard. New carpets, lino and curtains have been fitted also.

The kitchen has a new tall fridge freezer, a new washing machine and a new tumble dryer. The hob is gas with an extractor and electric oven/grill this is also new. It would be a pleasure to cook and live here.

The bathroom has been tiled on the floor and walls and is fitted with a new suite including bath and quality shower. This is a large bathroom with plenty of scope to enjoy and share. The `p` shape bath and high flow shower have been chosen carefully to give the best experience.

You will have parking outside the house and your own small but secure rear yard.

There is a spacious front lounge and rear dining room with the kitchen off the dining room.

The front bedroom is a sizeable double and the rear is also a double but not as large as the front which would be your master bedroom.

The whole house is heated with a gas combi central heated system. It is very economical and reliable . The electrical and gas systems are checked and certified. Payment is by card and key pay as you go.

This is an altogether lovely home, warm, safe, clean and ready to move into for the right tenant.
