"Decorated to a high standard this modern FOUR BEDROOM detached home benefits from two en suite bathrooms, off road parking and spacious living accommodation making this an ideal family home in a good position with an open outlook to the pond in Sandymoor.

Recently built in 2000 the property still has a valid NHBC certificate, double glazing and is warmed by gas central heating.
