Located in the popular village of Wincham, the property has ease of access to excellent educational facilities with a great selection of schools in the state and private sector. Local primary schools include the highly regarded Wincham Community Primary School which currently has an outstanding Ofsted rating. Great Budworth Church of England and Lostock Gralam Church of England Primary Schools are also nearby.
