"This stunning duplex apartment is situated on second and third floors, enjoying outstanding views from the roof terrace across the Dee Estuary and Welsh Hills beyond. Mostyn House is a prestigious development of the former Mostyn House School on Parkgate Parade, within the conservation area. This particular apartment enjoys one of the best roof terraces and must be viewed to be fully appreciated.
