"The property is located on the Stapeley development which is very close to the centre of the historic market town of Nantwich, which contains many shopping facilities and social amenities, there are two local primary schools - Pear Tree Field and Stapeley Broad Lane, whilst Brine Leas High School is also within walking distance which has recently had the addition of a sixth form college. Crewe town centre is just 4 miles away which has a larger range of supermarkets and high-street stores, with fast intercity railway network, and the M6 motorway (junction 16) is just 8 miles away.
