DESCRIPTION
This particular property is a late Victorian house, having been refurbished and restored to provide a fine example of its age. The house enjoys a highly convenient position within a short stroll from the town centre and offers deceptively spacious, generous accommodation, which must be viewed to be appreciated and benefits from a good size well tended flagged communal courtyard garden to the rear. On the ground floor a separate entrance hallway provides a lovely feature and there is a good size lounge to the front with a Morso log burning stove and an archway into the separate dining room. The kitchen is extensively fitted and includes a stainless steel range style cooker. To the first floor there are two genuine double bedrooms, the master with build in wardrobes and the bathroom has been superbly upgraded to feature a modern suite with larger than average bath, contemporary tiling and underfloor heating. The house has the further benefit of uPVC double glazing, augmented by gas fired central heating run on an economic combination boiler and is presented to an extremely high standard of decoration with newly fitted carpets throughout, making it the ideal purchase for a first time buyer or buy to let investor.
