This is a surprisingly quiet house situated right in the centre of town, close to the train and bus station. Very friendly housemates.

Our rooms are styled by an interior designer and furnished to a high standard. Benefits of the house include:

Rooms:

All bedrooms come fully furnished to a very high standard with a solid oak double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and mirror, chest of drawers, beside table with lamp, desk with reading lamp, wall art and blinds. All rooms have their own digital TV aerial point and 200mbps fibre optic broadband internet socket.

All bills included:

The house is ALL INCLUSIVE allowing you to save time and hassle. Weekly cleaner and All the utility bills are included, subject to a fair usage policy. LED lighting has been installed to help the energy efficiency of the property along with a smart thermostat to ensure the heating is being operated correctly.

Living Areas:

The house has a modern, new and open plan living area with a fully furnished shared living room to relax in after a long day at work. Facilities include 42 inch smart TV, VirginMedia TiVo box and DVD player and USB sockets for charging mobile devices.

The large fitted kitchen has plenty of storage. Cutlery, dishes, pans and utensils etc. are all provided. Appliances include: three fridge/freezers, two ovens/hobs, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Laundry facilities include: two washing machines, a tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning equipment and hoover are provided.

There are three bath/shower rooms in the house, each fitted with modern thermostatic showers. These are cleaned on a weekly basis.

Locality:

The property is situated in central Macclesfield. Town centre shops are just a short walk, we have M&S, Tesco, Boots, Aldi, Sainsbury?s. An independent cinema and wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and gyms are all close at hand.

Transport:

Just a 3-4 minute walk to Macclesfield Railway Station (20 minutes to Manchester by train and 12 minutes to Stockport). Excellent bus links for AstraZeneca (Macclesfield & Alderley Park) and Radbroke Hall with bus stops only seconds away from the door. On road car parking is also available to the rear.
