"Now in need of some care and attention, this mid terraced cottage offers potential for the creation of a lovely home. Although having had a new central heating boiler, kitchen fittings, and uPVC external doors installed relatively recently, care of the house has unfortunately been neglected. With these as a base however, it now means that required refurbishment works are more superficial that extensive, and with the addition of a replacement bath/shower room suite, and attractive and easily managed home could be established.

The cottage benefits from a garden to the rear, which again, with some attention has great potential.

Princess Street is a side street of Bollington with shops , bus stops, good schools, several good pubs and restaurants and other amenities all close at hand. The Middlewood Linear walkway runs across the top of the road hence there is no through traffic. From the Middlewood walkway and Macclesfield canal access to the countryside and Bollington`s beautiful walks can be gained. Manchester Airport and the north west motorway network are within a radius of 11 miles.
