"A very well presented 3 bedroom terraced property in a popular residential area of Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port. The location provides convenient access to some excellent local and surrounding amenities including good schools, shopping venues, commutable road networks and public transport links. The property has been tastefully modernised by the current owners and offer surprisingly spacious accommodation throughout. The property comprises of Entrance Hall with stairs to the first floor and door to the lounge diner. Spacious lounge diner which is dual aspect having double glazed windows to the front and rear, gas fire with wood surround and marble hearth and door to the kitchen. Modern fitted kitchen with ample base and wall mounted cupboards, sink with drainer and mixer tap, built in oven and hob with extractor hood, under stairs storage, additional larder cupboard and UPVC door to the rear garden.
