The property is located on the first floor of this modern development and comprises of a private entrance hall, spacious lounge/dining room, modern fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite plus further bedroom and main bathroom. Central heating, double glazing and allocated parking.

From our Altrincham office proceed through the town centre passing the metrostation.  At the next main set of traffic lights turn right onto the A560 Woodlands Road.  Continue along as the road changes name to Stockport Road and then Shaftesbury Avenue.  Before the Brooklands roundabout, turn right onto Aimson Road East and then first left into Kentmere Road.  Maryport Drive will be observed a short way down on the left hand side.

Intercom entry gives access to the communal entrance hall and staricase leading to the first floor and access to the apartment.
