Master bedroom with en suite plus five further double bedrooms and family bathroom/WC

Car parking and gardens to the front, side and rear

Full four chamber cellars

Double glazed and gas fired central heating. Fully alarmed.

Built in the latter part of the 19th century, this fine Victorian period house is, typical of the era, difficult to appreciate from the exterior. The accommodation within is exceptional with rooms of generous proportions providing excellent living space, enhanced by careful refurbishment. Much of the original character also remains, tall ceiling, stripped floors and cornices, together with split level floors and balustrade staircase.

To the ground floor there are two large reception rooms flanking the central hallway with the living room opening onto the fitted kitchen. There is also a cloakroom and separate WC.

To the first floor is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom/WC, two further double bedrooms and family bathroom/WC, whilst there are three further double bedrooms to the second floor. The accommodation is completed by a range of basement store rooms which are approached via the cloakroom or externally.

On site parking is provided to the side of the property with the garden beyond.

The location is ideal. Surrounding properties are similar and mainly Victorian, and about 500m away is the village of Hale with its range of fashionable restaurants, wine bars and individual shops. In the opposite direction about ? mile away is the shopping centre of Altrincham, with the railway station providing a metro link commuter service into Manchester.

A superb family house. Viewing is essential."
