Location Stow-on-the-Wold is a famed old Market Town standing in a high and healthy position on the Cotswolds and is extremely well placed for such centres as Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Moreton-in-Marsh with main line train services to London (Paddington 1.5 hours) Description 5 Griffin Close is a link detached house situated in a cul de sac within walking distance of the town. The property benefits from gas fired central heating and a multi-fuel stove in the Sitting Room. The stairs and first floor bedrooms are carpeted. Directions From Stow-on-the-Wold, leave the Square via Digbeth Street. At the junction with Park Street, bear left. Take the fourth turning left into King Georges Field. Take the first right into Griffin Close, bear left around the corner at the bottom of the road and 5 Griffin Close will be found on the left. Ground Floor Hallway Front door, built in storage cupboards, carpet ,heating thermostat. Door to Sitting Room Window to front, wood burner, wood flooring, stairs to first floor, TV point, telephone point, French doors leading to Kitchen.
Stairs to first floor. Cloakroom WC (Saniflow), washbasin, shelves. Kitchen/Dining Room Window to rear, range of wall and floor units with worktop over, stainless steel single drainer sink unit with mixer tap over, Belling gas hob, built in Bosch electric double oven/grill, dishwasher, vinyl floor, radiator, door to garage. Wall lights to Dining area, door to garden. First Floor Bedroom One Window to rear, airing cupboard containing hot water tank. Built in cupboard over stairs with hanging rail. Radiator Bedroom Two Window to front, radiator. Bathroom Opaque window to front, panelled bath with shower over and shower screen, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail. Outside Garage with up and over door, (also accessed from kitchen), power and light.

Side gate access to paved and fenced rear courtyard with steps to raised area, stone walls and wood store. Application Fee An application fee of ?120 (inclusive of VAT) is payable for a single applicant. Where an application is made by two or more persons, then an additional ?35 (inclusive of VAT) will be charged per additional person. Completion of the application form is not the guarantee of a Tenancy. A Tenancy will only be granted upon the applicant passing the referencing system, the Landlord having vacant possession of the property, subject to the contracts being signed and the rent and deposit being received in cleared funds. Contribution to Agreement Fee ?120 (inclusive of VAT) on both the original tenancy and any renewals of the Tenancy.
