Housenetwork.co.uk are delighted to offer this 3 Bedroom Mill Conversion situated within a rural location on the outskirts of Llandysul village.

Although the Mill was originally built around 1850, the conversion into 3 four story high properties was only completed in 2004. The building has been re-roofed and re-pointed.

The ground floor is a garage & utility room, and also houses the oil fired central heating boiler. The interior of the property utilises much of the original timbers from the Mill, and retains some of the original features.
