"Parc Tricornel is a detached traditional style country cottage in a large plot with no near neighbours and with fine views particularly to the front over the surrounding countryside. It stands within a few hundred yards of the village centre, south-west facing and adjacent to a minor county road. The village of Caio has a public house/restaurant, church, chapel and village school. The maket towns of Llandovery and Lampeter are both within easy driving distance with a comprehensive range of shopping facilities including supermarkets and individual shops and banks, post offices, swimming pools, libraries, junior and senior schools. In particular Llandovery has doctors surgery and Cottage Hospital together with a station on the Heart of Wales line from Shrewsbury to Swansea with connections thereon to London. The cottage, although modernised, still retains many of the traditional features with exposed beams and timbers, ledged doors with suffolk style latches and open fire or wood burning stove.
