"Wernoleu is a rural holding not isolated but situated within the beautiful and sought after countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Externally the gardens are extensive, mature and well stocked with pond, polytunnel, range of outbuildings and extending with the land in all to approximately 23 acres including about 3 acres of woodland with bluebells. The accommodation which provides all the comforts for todays modern standards still retains much charm and character features comprises; sitting room, dining room, study, conservatory, kitchen, cloak room, utility room, 3/4 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The village of Llangadog is about 4 miles with junior school, mini-market, butchers, post office, doctors surgery and public houses/restaurants. Just on the outskirts of the village is a halt on the Central Wales line from Shrewsbury to Swansea with connections thereon to London. The market town of Llandovery is about 10 miles with comprehensive shopping facilities, swimming pool, cottage hospital, local authority junior and senior schools and Llandovery College in the private sector. The A40 trunk road running through the town gives good access to the other market towns of West Wales and the capital city of Cardiff is about 70 miles.
