Kent & Canterbury Hospital is a short walk away and there are excellent schools, both primary and secondary, close by. Both train stations are within walking distance, with Canterbury East being the closest and less than a 10-minute walk away.

There are six beautifully decorated en-suite rooms at the front of the property currently generating over ?40,000 per annum, these rooms share a high-end contemporary kitchen with Range cooker, two fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, breakfast bar and seatingcommunal space.

There are also two self-contained accommodations towards the rear of the property, both with their own private access and gardens, the first is a one bedroom apartment which has an open plan loungekitchen with double height ceiling with stunning velux windows allowing light to flood the room, a double bedroom, en-suite wet room and courtyard garden. The second accommodation is set over two floors and boasts a modern, gloss kitchen with an eye level oven, built in microwave, dishwasher and space for an American-style fridge freezer, the lounge is a good size and has French doors leading to a large and sunny paved garden which has multiple seating areas, one of which is a under a stunning pergoda, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroomutility room and two further bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
