"Page & Co are delighted to present to the rental market this superb detached home. Set on the outskirts of the new site in Aylesham Village, this lovely property is located in a quiet square close to open fields. This property has just been built and therefore benefits from having new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances etc. Sitting on a corner plot, it has a lovely large garden which has recently been laid to lawn and is surrounded by a secure brick wall with side access to the car port.

The property is presented over two floors. Through the entrance door, you will come into the hallway which has a WC and understairs storage cupboard. The large lounge is to the front of the property and is lovely and light with new blind to the window. The kitchendiner is to the rear of the property and has French doors out to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern white units, integrated fridgefreezer and dishwasher and there is a gas hob and built in oven and plenty of work top space. The utility room is just off the kitchen with fitted units, sink and space for washing machine. There is also a handy storage cupboard.

Upstairs to a lovely light landing with doors off to all rooms. The main bedroom overlooks the front and has a fitted triple wardrobe and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double again with built in double wardrobe and the third bedroom is a smaller double, which would make an ideal child`s bedroom or home office.

Outside, there is a large rear garden with brand new shed and small patio area. The side gate leads out to the car port which has parking for one car inside and one outside on the driveway. There is also an outside electrical point, ideal for lawn mowers or for charging an electric car.

The property is neutrally decorated throughout with new light fittings and blinds to the windows. The carpet throughout is a modern neutral grey, giving the property a fresh but warm feel.
