"This house, situated in the conservation area of North Brink, has enviable views of the River Nene and the Brinks The house, having been part of the Peckover Estate, is full of character and charm, retaining many of its original features. The present owners have sympathetically restored the property, in keeping with its age. Features of this property include a handmade kitchen, with solid beech tops, original sash windows, the lounge and dining room also retaining original shutters. A spacious entrance hallway, with solid wood flooring gives access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room retains the original Georgian fire surround and dual aspect windows. Located of the main living room is snug, which can be utilized as a study or play area. The dining room retains solid wood flooring, dual aspect windows and open fireplace. The split-level kitchen is fitted with hand made units with solid beech worktops and butler sink. A cooking area for a gas/electric range cooker exists. A separate utility room, with fitted units, worktops and plumbing for washing machine leads into a downstairs shower room and wc and sink. An inner lobby gives access to the cellar, which has power, lighting, heating and TV aerial point. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, with both the master and the bedroom being of exceptional size containing fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three allows access to a converted loft room. The family bathroom is fitted with a white Victorian style three piece suite, with freestanding, clawfooted bath with shower attachment. The outside courtyard garden is mainly paved with grassed areas, a small pond and an abundance of mature plants and shrubs. A brick built shed and wood store is also present. Situation Situated in Wisbech town which benefits from a variety of shops, leisure centre, public houses, churches, schools, college, museum, restaurants, hotels, post office, hospital, doctors surgery and bus station. There is also access to the A47 to both Kings Lynn and Peterborough."
