"**DRAFT DETAILS***This three bedroom detached house is situated in a cul-de-sac in Walsoken. The property comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, study, utility room, conservatory, downstairs W.C, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The lounge/diner has a wooden fire surround with marble inset, television point, and French doors leading to the conservatory. The kitchen benefits from wall, base and drawer units, double drainer sink with tiled splash backs, a range cooker with five ring electric hob with hood over and ovens under, space for a dishwasher and a pantry with room for a fridge freezer. An inner hall gives access to the ground floor cloakroom and utility, with the utility is fitted with wall units, plumbing for washing machine, partly tiled walls, and space for a tumble dryer and a freezer. The study completes the ground floor and has a television point. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, the first and second bedrooms have television points and are both doubles, with the second bedroom housing the boiler.
