The brick built based conservatory has windows round, French doors, TV point, and has views over the rear garden. In the kitchen there is a window overlooking the rear garden, range of base and wall mounted units with complimentary worktops, integrated oven and hob with extractor hood over, plumbing for dishwasher, telephone point, and a radiator. The utility room has plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, base units, door to rear and a window. The study has a double glazed window to front aspect and radiator. Completing the downstairs accommodation is the cloakroom with its low level WC, wash hand basin, radiator and window. Upstairs the first floor landing has, an airing cupboard, a radiator and access to the loft. The good size master bedroom has a bay window, built in double wardrobe and radiator.
