"This detached family home occupies a larger than average size plot measuring approximately 0.2 acre in the ever popular village of Elm and therefore must be viewed to be appreciated. The property also benefits from good room sizes throughout, gas central heating and double glazed windows with off road parking and garage. The accommodation comprises of a spacious entrance hall with a lounge/diner which has a gas fireplace complete with brick surround and patio doors leading into the conservatory. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of eye and base level units with a four ring ceramic hob with double oven and extractor hood over, stainless steel sink with drainer, space for a breakfast table and integrated fridge. Located off the kitchen is the rear lobby which has access into the downstairs WC and a personal door into the rear garden. To the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe, bedroom two having fitted wardrobes whilst the third bedroom has a storage cupboard. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite to include a corner bath with shower attachment, separate shower enclosure and wash hand basin. There is a separate cloakroom which consists of a low level flush WC. Outside there is a lawn are to the front of the property with plant and shrub borders and road parking which in turn leads to the attached garage which has power and lighting.
