"This four bedroom detached home is ideal for the growing family with its good size accommodation and generous rear garden. Add to that, plenty of off road parking and being close to the town centre, this property needs to be viewed. A double glazed front door leads into the entrance hall which has stairs to the first floor, radiator and wood laminate flooring. The lounge/diner has a double glazed picture window to the front aspect with double glazed French doors to the rear garden. There are also two radiators, wood laminate flooring, TV and telephone points. In the kitchen there are a range of base and wall mounted units with complimentary work tops over, integrated oven, hob and extractor hood over along with built in dish washer, radiator, tiled flooring door to the conservatory and a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. The conservatory overlooks the good size rear garden and has double glazed patio doors. There is also access to the cloakroom which has a low level WC. The garage has been converted to provide office/playroom space at the rear whilst the front part is used for storage. Upstairs the four bedrooms all have double glazed windows and radiators, with bedrooms one and three having built in wardrobes.
